I decided to make the journey down to Iran again this summer. I couldn’t have picked a better time with Iran being in the news 24/7 theses days with nothing but bad news. It just seems like the perfect time for me to go since the last day of my job and school is in the middle of May. I already purchased my tickets and my flight details are as follows:
Depart San Francisco, CA on May 22nd at 3:10pm (I wanted to leave from Sacramento but most flights using this route usually had an extra layover in the states somewhere and cost more $$$)
Man oh man the weather has been strange here in Tehran the past few days. Yesterday it was really cloudy and the temperature was quite cool. Last night we went out to a fast food joint called “Super Star” that was pretty much a Carl’s Jr Knock off. Also that night there was a crazy thunder/lighting storm that was louder and brighter then I have ever seen in my entire life, it was pretty cool actually. This week (my last week) ill be seeing more family and the city of Tehran.
